This notice explains how information submitted through the George Helou website is handled.

Information collected

The enquiry form collects your name, email address, phone number if provided, and the information you choose to share about your goals, interests and preferred timeframe. Guide requests collect the details entered in the request form.

Sally is George Helou’s AI personal assistant. If you use the chat, your messages and any details you provide are processed to respond to your enquiry and support requested follow-up or booking. The chat uses temporary browser storage and a session cookie to maintain the conversation as you move between pages.

How information is used

Information submitted through this website is used to respond to enquiries, arrange requested services and support their delivery. Submitting an enquiry or requesting a guide does not subscribe you to a mailing list.

Access and service providers

Enquiries are routed to George Helou’s business email and Sally’s enquiry-handling service. Enquiry records and chat transcripts are also stored in the business’s systems for follow-up. These systems support enquiry management and service delivery.

The website uses Railway for hosting, Postmark for email delivery, Anthropic to process Sally’s AI conversations, and Calendly for appointment scheduling. Information needed to provide these functions is processed by the relevant services. Hosting and service-provider processing may take place outside Australia, including in the United States.

How long information is retained

Enquiry, chat and booking records may remain in the business’s systems and service-provider records after your visit ends. To ask about a particular record or request its deletion, please use the contact form. Deletion requests need to be reviewed across the relevant systems; deletion is not automatic when the conversation ends.

Use the contact form to ask about your personal information or request access, correction or deletion. Please identify your message as a privacy enquiry.
