What I collect

When you use the enquiry form I collect your name, email address, phone number if you give it, and whatever you write in the message box. If you ask for the guide, I collect your email address.

If you talk to Sally, my assistant, the conversation is kept in your own browser for the length of your visit so she doesn't lose her place. What you tell her reaches me.

I don't use tracking that follows you around other websites.

What I do with it

I read it, and I reply. If we arrange a session, I keep what I need to run it.

That's the whole purpose. Your enquiry is not added to a mailing list, sold, rented, or shared with anyone, ever. If I ever want to send you something else, I'll ask you first.

Who else sees it

The site runs on hosting and email services that necessarily handle the message in transit. Nobody reads it but me.

How long I keep it

As long as our conversation is live, and for as long as I'm working with you. If you'd rather I didn't keep it, say so and it's gone.

Your say

Ask me what I hold about you and I'll tell you. Ask me to correct it and I will. Ask me to delete it and I will. The enquiry form reaches me directly — one message is enough.

If you think I've handled your information badly, tell me first — I'd rather fix it. You can also raise it with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
